"This is an amazing dish. My wife and I both thought it was one of the best Chinese dishes we had ever had. I used baby spinach, mandarin orange slices, and water chestnuts in place of the lettuce and cukes. And, in addition to scallions and zest I garnished with canned crunchy rice noodles. The only leftovers!""
