"My God, Aarti... SO delicious. The smell in the house while this was cooking was REALLY good!

I served the brisket with smashed red potatoes (champ style) and steamed green beans. The kids weren't home for dinner tonight, so there'll be plenty of leftovers. I'm sure it's going to be even more delicious tomorrow...
