"FANTASTIC!!! I was afraid it would be too acidic but it wasn't. There was a perfect blend of broth, vinegar and tomatoes. As it was reducing I was skeptical that I would achieve a 'sauce' as opposed to my usual 'runny mess' but IT WORKED! It was SO GOOD.
