“Hello to all, made this soup before, it is delicious ! I use the hand blender & it takes 1 min. Do add more pepper. Made this after work so it was very fast. Also, u need to use the real butternut squash, not frozen.
Another idea to increase flavor is to roast the squash before & it also makes it fast to take out of she'll. Love... ”

Also, since there's only 2 Tbs in the blueberries they are tart, not too sweet, for families watching their sugar this was great. I think if there are any differences with the measurements it might be cause Rachel uses Metric measurements & when they are converted to US measurements there might be mistakes made, I did watch her show again & she did say us"
