"My husband made this for me this morning. I saw the show yesterday and thought this was very different, but sounded good. It was delicious, and had a crepe like feel and taste. We did not have the mint so that's the only omission he made. He paired it with a Mimosa! I will definitely make this again and make it for a brunch or overnight guess. "
