“The salad itself was refreshing and nice crunch with veggies that are in season. However, I found the dressing a little too sweet, yet bland at the same time. The next time I made the dressing, I added some rice vinegar, sesame oil (about 1 tsp), sambal (Asian chili paste with green lid), and fish sauce. Now the dressing had bold Asian flavor. ”
