Cut his recipe in half and made it for myself for dinner this evening. I was just wonderful. The almonds make it perfect. I did add an orange to as someone else had mentioned. I can't wait to make this for my next outside pool party!

Made this with a small skirt steak yesterday for a trial run before Cinco De Mayo to see if it was as good as the reviews. Spot on!!!! Wow so easy too. My husband got to light up the grill which made him a happy and involved, our guests are going to love it. I will definitely do both chicken and steak for the party. Thanks Ree for another win...

Replied to chicken piccata with buttery lemon noodles

If you added the lemon with the wine and stock and reduced it enough the cream should not have done that. My guess that it wasn't reduced enough and there was too much acid still, reduce this recipe a lot before adding the cream.

Was really delicious. Followed the recipe word for word and it just came out perfect. The only thing I did wrong was not make a double batch.

Had the girls over for wine last night and I made these and other small bites to see how they would hold up for a Super Bowl party. These were gone in a blink of my eye! They really are fabulous. I just cut small squares instead of using a cookie cutter. That is the only thing I did differently. Can't wait till this Sunday!

Made these last night to see if they would hold up on their own for a Super Bowl party. They were gone in a flash. So easy and so tasty. I did use the premade phylo cups from the freezer section and they were perfect and easy and just as flaky as if I had made my own, otherwise I followed the recipe word for word. These bite sized yummies are...

Served these last year at Super Bowl party and they were a hit. Had a small pre-party last night with bite sized bites. Yesterday morning I got a phone call making sure I was going to be serving these at the pre-party as they didn't get to the Super Bowl last year until late and only tasted one. Needless to say they were gone in and instant last...

After having made her Gazpacho for lunch today, delicious, I thought I would give this a try for dinner. It is wonderful. I did double the cheese and added half cream half milk as well as cooking it longer than the recipe calls for. I just eyeballed it and waited till it was getting a little brown on top.. Have never done the water bath thing but...

Made this for lunch today. Love Gazpacho but have never had it with zucchini and I must say it is just wonderful. Mine was not too sweat at all but I did add a little more salt than the recipe calls for so it could have balanced out the sweetness. This will definitely be on my Super Bowl menu, Gazpacho shooters! Even the guys will go for that!

Interesting flavor. Mine shredded beautifully. I am not sure I would use this recipe again but the meat is usable. After I shredded it I did not put it back into the marinade as it was just a weird taste. I used hickory liquid smoke so that could be it. The meat itself is edible, I shredded it and added some cumin and other Mexican spices and fried...
