About Me

I was a chef for ten years. A sous at a Crown Plaza in San Jose Ca and Chef at Auburn Valley Country Club. I change careers to Occupational therapy. Cooking has always been a hobby. Now as I get older I want to begin a part time carrer with my hobby. I want to teach, compete in food competitions and do some catering.
