"I made these the other day and they were fantastic! The dough was as simple to make as any other pasta dough and takes on a beautiful color due to the tomato. "These peppers were good. They are easy, very pretty & the peppers themselves come out tender yet still have a bite so that was really lovely. I had no problems with sticking. Like some other reviewers felt - I thought it lacked flavor. I hardly tasted the Pecorino Romano or the zucchini & I would have preferred basil & parsley to mint. She was going for Greek flavors though so mint works with that in mind. I think if it had mint, dill & some feta cheese it would have had more kick. Some kalamata olives too for that matter. It just was a little blah. My husband liked them but also felt that they weren't outstanding. In addition, the orzo came out over-cooked even though I only cooked it for 4 minutes as stated by the recipe. I probably won't make them again even with the tweaks I mentioned above - there are too many recipes out there to go with this one again. Sorry Giada - I usually adore her recipes. Most of them are excellent."

"This recipe is very good. I have a recipe by Martha Stewart that's very similar that I've been preparing for a few years and I have to say, that I prefer it. I wanted to try something new but for now will stick with Martha. There's nothing wrong with this one, it's just not my preference. My baby loved it for her first try at spinach so that was great! I just pureed some for her and she gobbled it up! It's definitely worth making. I served it with with flank steak in a red wine sauce & mashed potatoes. Yum!"
