"I have to say this recipe looks and sounds terrific, but I made the recipe and changed it according to what I had in my pantry. I used parsnips (3), as well as carrots (2),celery (2)instead of the celery root. Added (3) cloves of garlic, an onion, and dried thyme, 3 bay leaves , and used red wine, instead of white wine.
