"It was awesome. I lightened it up a little with Turkey Italian Sausage added dash of red pepper flakes for a kick and used about half of the ricotta in the recipe. Sorry Bobby!

"Simple and easy dish. I like to add a little more kick. I tossed the shrimp in olive oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes vs.the pinch of cayenne pepper.
