Saturday, Jun 14, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Awesome pasta! I only used 8ounces of pasta and reduced to one lemon and added an extra ladle of pasta water to make it really saucy like we like it! Oh, i forgot i used half & half to lighten it up! We served it with Ina's Scallops Provencal recipe on top! It was a perfect dinner for two with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc!

"This dish had a very unique flavor. Since there is just my husband and i, used two pork steaks and grilled them instead of baked. I halved the seasoning ingredients for the pork since only making for two. For the sauce i still made the whole recipe, should have halved it too! Oh well, its so good i will make up some rice just to eat the rest of"

Sunday, Apr 7, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

"This recipe is a keeper! I followed the directions as listed except i added one finely chopped roma tomato and to save time used store bought turkey meatballs from Trader Joe's and chopped into eights so the meat was evenly distributed on the pizza. The sauce is fantastic! I thought this was way to much time in the oven but it turned out perf"

Tuesday, Nov 20, 2012 on Cooking Channel

"This is amazing! I double the recipe since i was serving ten and it was plenty once i added sides. The turkey is divine! The cook time is extremely low, i cooked for 1hr and 20minutes and then put in crock pot on warm until dinner. I used 2 4lb turkey breasts. The sauce is thin but is quite tasty, it was used on stuffing as well. The pomegra"

"This recipe is definitely a keeper! I halfed the recipe since it was only my husband and I! I stuck to the recipe except i added extra broth since my sauce was super thick. The flavors are amazing. I was afraid it was going to be to spicy but it was perfect. Since i used 10ounce ribeyes just served with a salad and it was plenty. I would sugg"

"I made this for a dinner party side dish with roasted chicken. My guests were delighted and thought it was unique and delicious. My husband requested that i add to regular rotation of menu items. Reviewed Filet Mignon with Rosemary and Mushroom Gravy

Sunday, Jul 22, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"Yummo! This recipe was so easy. I halfed the recipe since it was for two and it was still delicious! The only thing that was problematic was the flour was lumpy once added! Next time i will whisk it with a bit of water before putting in the sauce to avoid the lumps. I will definitely be making this for company! It is will surely impress gues"

Reviewed Halibut Ceviche Salad

Thursday, Jul 5, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"What a treat! I used cooked shrimp instead of the halibut since it was what i had on hand and was in a hurry so did not have the three hour time for the fish to cook in the juices. It was amazing with the shrimp and I will be making this often. I order ceviche often in restaurants and was delighted when this came out even better at home! I w"

"This is so yummy!!! It is perfect for a picnic or a BBQ! It reminds me of Caprese salad with the addition of sweetness from the corn. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of only using 4 ears of corn instead of six. I will probably continue only using 4ears since I think that there would not be enough other ingredients to balance o"

Reviewed Roasted Pork with Smoky Red Pepper Sauce

Sunday, Oct 31, 2010 on Food Network

"Amazing recipe!!! This was a fun recipe for two to make together!!! I followed the recipe with all but one exception; i used diced tomatoes instead of pureed. Glad i did as my sauce turned out thick and velvety. If you follow the instructions this one turns out amazing and is great if you want to impress company. Make sure you are using pork tenderloin and i suggest grilling it to seal in the flavors before popping it into the oven! I always do this since it seals in all the moisture and gives the pork a nice crust!
