I make this for every Thanksgiving and xmass dinner for family and guest's and it always is a traditional treat. Or for just a appetizer in puff pastry cups. The brandy really gives it that decadent and professional taste. "
"Made this but changed it up a little too. Did not have banana but blueberries from my garden and used them. Also made the glaze with more vanilla taste. It also was great. Thanks for another inventive idea again Sandra."

"I made this tonight to go with the Roast beef from Trish Yearwood show and it was great and easy! I did how ever use Montreal chicken seasoning in the cream sauce instead of just salt and pepper. I do always allow time plus for potato because I like well done on them. Thanks you."
