Reviewed braciola and sausage sunday gravy

I have made this before and am about to make it again! It is wonderful. The braciola is easy to make and the sauce is AMAZING! I don't make a peppers and onions as we just like the pasta and meat part the best. We do like peppers, we just don't see the need for them here...I am not Italian so it is not a tradition. I highly recommend this dish!

"I made her All Day Pork Roast with Spicy Apple Chutney from her Week in a Day Show. It is alot like this but SOOOO much better. I couldn't find a place to rate that recipe. but if your thinking about this one but want to use a pork roast and have it be really over the top good, then try it. Rach, I gotta tell ya, I wasn't sure when I read the recipe but I am always up for new flavors. The Fennel seed on the roast really made a difference. I didn't expect to love it but I do! And adding hot peppers to the onions and apples to make chutney! OMG it is so good. I didn't make the citrus sweet potatoes. I made classic white mashed, but I took the veg and garlic I roasted the meat on and I puree them and made an insane sauce. I used it to paint a swipe on the plate, like they do in restaurants.
