I did omit the Creole Seasoning as my family is not fans of it - they prefer just cream broth. Overall the method was great.
I did change the broth a little. I used 2 cups chicken broth. Then for the remainder, I kept a cup of the lobster steaming liquid and added to the chicken broth. Then I simmered the lobster and shrimp shells "
