"Very easy and quick dessert. Made this twice now turns out excellent every time.
If you don't have superfine sugar, you can use regular sugar that has been whirled in a food processor until it reaches superfine consistancy.""

About Me

Proud Army mom who is a self-taught cook. After becoming pregnant with my (Army) son everything I ate gave me hives. Doctors claimed it would be impossible to pinpoint the ingredient. We lived on boxed dinners, cereals, bottled sauces etc, so my first homemade sauce was spaghetti sauce. It is now the family favorite, so much so, that my grown children think every other sauce is terrible.

My favorite cooking hosts are Julia Child (unscripted live tv cooking is hilarious!), Nigella, Giada, Racheal Ray and Laura Calder. All have very good recipes and all can be modified for what you can find in your store. I am unable to get pancetta in my area, my solution, thick sliced bacon boiled first.
