"Loved this revamp of an old classic. I used what I had on hand: greek yogurt instead of sour cream, cheddar instead of parm, and I also added a splash of white wine to the mushrooms. Thought this was well worth the effort and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthier, fresher alternative to canned fried onions and soup.
