"Really easy to make. I precook the rice noodle and leave in refrigerator and wrap in the morning before I go to work for lunch. I like dipping in Chinese hoi sin sauce. Really nice to be able to make easy Vietnamese food because there are not very many good Vietnam restaurants where I live. Thanks, I love this show."

"This is so good!! So easy to make. I added more spinach and artichokes to make me feel less guilty for eating so much fat/calories!

"I liked it. Took 4 hours to make and 20 mins to eating. I added a little black pepper and a little Italian seasoning before serving it. Giving it 4 stars b/c I wish it does take this long to make!!

"I don't really like this recipe. Think would taste better if you just mix basil with cream cheese and put it on a cracker. Looks really pretty on a plate tho.
