"I made these for my grandchildren, but I think their parents enjoyed them equally. I had some ganache left over and used that. I just warmed the ganache in the microwave for about 20 seconds then dipped the frozen bananas, then, dipped in sprinkles, and put them in the freezer for later in the day. What fun!"
