At the last minute, I decided to make this for a dinner party. I wanted to double the recipe but I did not have enough farro. I cooked up a wild rice blend and the farro separately and then combined them. I only had no fat milk. Everything turned out great. This dish was the star of the dinner.

"Wonderful. Early in the day, I removed the backbone and cleaned the hens. I put them in the fridge uncovered on a rack in order to dry them. After about 3 hours, I put them in the marinade. As someone suggested, I added dry mustard and cut back on the cumin.these hens were delicious and beautifully presented. Served them with broccoli and Anne"

"I made these for my grandchildren, but I think their parents enjoyed them equally. I had some ganache left over and used that. I just warmed the ganache in the microwave for about 20 seconds then dipped the frozen bananas, then, dipped in sprinkles, and put them in the freezer for later in the day. What fun!"
