"these were very bland! I found that there was little seasoning. Desperately needed salt and pepper. I used store salsa which had a better tomato base. I had to bake them much longer than the times in the recipe. Flavorless. Took forever to bake"
"I've been making this exact meatloaf for years. I now make it in a glass ring dish in the micro-wave- half cooked w/o topping and spread sauce on top and cook it the rest of the way. since it's only my husband and I, I use one pound of beef.
