Reviewed Fish Taco

"Great flavor, fast and easy. I threw some raw shrimp into the marinade with the fish, tossed it in the pan when I turned the fish over and they were both done at the same time. Reviewed Peanut Butter and Nanner Ice Cream

Sunday, Jan 23, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"Let the processor do it's job. I also got the little frozen banana pellets at first. I added the pb and honey and it turned into a ball. But I let the processor continue and it creamed it. Great healthy frozen dessert. Gets in a serving of fruit and protien. Seems like you could add any mix-ins you see in ice cream. It has a slightly gummy texture as it melts, so eat it cold. I put the extra in the freezer. I'm curious to see the texture after freezing.
