I did this with a smaller breast only 4.5 pounds and cooked it about the same as directed for a 6-7 lb one, used the same measuring of herbs and garlic for the larger portion as I love the flavors - came out great. Just beginning to partake in the joy of cooking! Oh what I wouldnt give for a giant, stocked full kitchen with all the toys and tools! One day! Love the smiles on my friends and families faces when I pull off a good meal.
I love the healhful deliciousness of Japanese food, the rich flavors of good italian food, and the just love good ole Americana (who doesnt love a frickin beer can chicken??)
