"Great! Very flavorful--increased seasonings a little. Used Kentucky Kernel instead of flour.Took a full 3 hours in oven.Skipped potatoes, & subbed H-E-B -TX Grocery chain- "True Grits" for the cheese polenta. Served with roasted Brussels sprouts. Awesome complex flavors. Will chop leftovers for sandwiches. Delicious, feel my BP/cholesterol going "
