"One word, Delicious! I couldn't find flank steak so I used skirt steak. I also marinated the skirt steak in a mixture of onions, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and a hint of salt for about 2 hours. I followed the Pico de Gallo recipe exactly and it was delicious (I used a litle less jalepeno though, I don't like it too spicy). This""
