"This is one of the best stews I've made. I followed the recipe to a T. I don't what you people that gave this a bad review did, but somewhere along the line you screwed up. The orange peel and cloves does not overpower this dish, nor does a bottle of wine, the vegetables were tender and the horseradish sour cream was delicious. I will definitely make this again.
