"This was the easiest bread to make. I bake bread each week and was skeptical about the ingredients -- just flour, salt, yeast & water -- the first time. But it is great! Now I will add black olives and or other herbs or, dare I say raisins?

"Absolutely great! However, I changed a couple of things, but really, really good. The cinnamon in the sauce makes it almost Moroccan in taste. I used lean (90%) ground beef instead of turkey, smoked Gouda rather than feta, raw cashews instead of walnuts (allergic). But the currents and all the other spices worked so well.
