"This recipe was a lot of work, specially carving the turkey. I'm a pecastarian so it was painful, mom, had come in and rescue the carving. My family loves meat so I treat them for Thanksgiving, the meat it self was perfect, incredibly tasty, and after all the hard work I put myself in creating this succulent meal I had to try a piece. Bravo!!!
