"A lot of work for a recipe where the falafel patties fell apart again. The first time I made them I forgot to chill them. This time I chilled them for 1.5 hours and they started to disintegrate plus the were mushy asthe previous reviewer said. This recipe needs a binding agent other than some olive oil to keep it together. Don't waste your tim"
"This eggplant dish was absolutely delicious. It's a labor intensive meal, but worth the effort if you like eggplant. The eggplant came out nice and crispy. I substituted ground turkey for the lamb because ground lamb is not readily available in my local supermarket and it came out delicious. ""
"This was my first roast chicken attempt and it turned out delicious. First tried roasting it in larger roast pan and like Ina said the onions burned. Used a smaller roaster and there was minimal burning on onions. The gravy is what makes this recipe."
