I made the pickled red onions out of curiosity, had never had them before, wow! The combination of the pork, onions and pineapple was surprisingly good. I followed the recipe as written, I think I needed to use more salt & pepper on the pork before putting in slow cooker, but the flavors were really good. I'll be making this next m"
