Reviewed Mushroom Stroganoff with Goat Cheese

Monday, Jan 7, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

"This recipe turned out one terrific meal. I have not seen the show where Alton makes it, so I am hoping when I watch the repeat, he tells us why he cooks the egg noodles that way. By doing so, they were the best egg noodles I have ever had! Plump, tender and unlike anything else. The flavor on this dish tastes just like beef stroganoff. The goat c"

Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits

Monday, Apr 4, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"This recipe was wonderful. For matt3231, whenever I halve a recipe to make it for only two people, I always make the same amount of sauce as the original recipe. I love gravy and sauce and there is never enough, when you halve that part of the dish. I poured the sauce it made over the shrimp in the bowls and then added some more water to what was left in the skillet and poured that over the dishes, as well.

My only problem with this dish was that I wanted more!! I made 7 shrimp for each of us and was sorry to see the bottom of my bowl. I will be adding this recipe to my personal cookbook and will make it often."
