"Very tasty for a homemade potato salad. I've had so many that were bland. This has just the right zing from the vinegar, creaminess from the mayo, and crunch from the celery and onions.

As I can't use store bought mayo (Soybean Oil issues for us Breast Cancer survivors), I used Heinz Salad Cream. Wow, it really added a lot more flavor than just mayo would anyway. I skipped the sugar and didn't miss it"
