"Emeril, these cupcakes are great!! Thanks!!! They are easy to make, moist and delicious. In the filling I substituted mascarpone cheese for the cream cheese and used Godiva white chocolate vanilla bean for the white chocolate. The filling tasted so good I used it as the frosting. Magic cupcakes, they disappear quickly!"
