"Very easy and yummy. I used baby red potatoes and left the skins on. It took awhile for all the prep, the cutting of the veg but in the end it was worth it. I portioned mine into small containers and froze a bunch, and kept enough in the fridge for a few days. It makes a lot. "
"Very easy to make. I made them with my kids 10 yrs and 4 yrs. They had fun helping mix and layering the bars. I love the sauce, OMG it is so yummy, I also tried the salted caramel milkshake, yummy! Very yummy, a must try at least once :)"
