"Excellent dish. I prepared it somewhat like Luke, adding soy sauce, sesame oil, and a few other things including a homemade (6 hour) chicken stock. Served it with wild rice (Minominn) which I received as a gift from a friend up to the Keewenaw Bay Indian Community in Baraga on Lake Superior. ""
