"There is something wrong with this recipe. It was terrible. I think the problem is the funugreek leaves should not be in the chana masala. I think it is funugreek seeds which is generally in chana masala. I will try again with funugreek seeds. I think it will be fine if the recipe is corrected.
"This cake tastes great. I did change things a little bit. I blended the wet ingredients before I added the carrots. The cake was becoming too packed with wet ingredients initially. I prefer cakes that are smooth. I had a little bit of sweetness with agave nectar. I added one teaspoon of that. I used graham flour instead of all purpose flour"
"Great taste. The turnip cake made here is much better than you will get a dim sum restaurant. I did not try the sauce yet. It is time consuming process but definitely worth it. You may have to exchange out the water so the steaming can happen constantly."
