"Great recipe, fun to make...however, there are some discrepancies between the televised version of the recipe and the one online. TV=Bake at 375, Online=350. Also, be sure NOT to peel the eggplant which is not clear in the online recipe, however the picture does show the peels on the edges of the eggplant.
