"Easy recipe, great flavor. I substituted Turkey Kielbasa for the chorizo because I had some in the fridge already. The flavors married well and we thoroughly enjoyed this meal. I can see making this again and ladling this stew over whole wheat couscous or brown rice. It is a winner! ""
