“I made them Tuesday and froze them , then on Sunday thawed them out on the counter for 3 hours then back in fridge . I saut���ed in the pan about 2 minutes on one side flipped them then finished in the oven 350F for about 15 minutes . they were the size of 1/2 cup measurement. They were the best !!! ever salmon burger no need for bun I served... ”
"It has way to much meat. I did mine with 2 lbs of meat and 1 cup of wine, 1 table spoon of flour the rest of the ingredients the same except I added 1/2 cup of marinara sauce . I cooked it for 1hour 1/2 . You add the cream after cooking. This look like a bolognese sauce . It is a little bland you have to tweak it."
