" Real imported prosciutto should be sweet not salty. I have not enjoyed baking prosciutto around veggies because it kills the sweetness of the prosciutto and does make this wonderful delicacy too salty to eat. Eat it the prosciutto as is. Her beurre blanc is super delicious though. Three stars because her beurre blanc is so good.""
