"I loved the flavor of this! Normally, when I see the word "curry", I think of Indian flavors, but this was much more of a Jamaican/Caribbean taste to me. "Well, I hate to use substitutions the first time I make a recipe, but I was really hungry today! I followed the recipe, but used Parmesan instead of gruyere, and used a lot less of it (only used 1/2 cup). Also, I used panko instead of white bread. No nutmeg, so I used one of the reviewer's suggestions and used tobasco. My oh my! It was yummy! Although, I hope I didn't offend anyone by all the changes. :)
