Reviewed Spaghetti al Limone: Spaghetti with Lemon Sauce

Wednesday, Oct 3, 2012 on Cooking Channel

"This is a excellent riffe on the Italian classic, pasta alla crema di limone. I like the addition of the frozen peas tossed with finished spaghetti. And there's no cream, so it's very different."

Reviewed Celery Gratin

Reviewed Tuna Steaks with Tomato and Basil Raw Sauce

Monday, May 16, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"This is a great idea..I picked up a couple tuna steaks and wasn't sure what to make. I found this recipe here; we have fresh basil & Italian parsley in pots, plus some tomatoes in the frig. I let a skillet with a tsp of canola oil sit on the range at medium while I put together the topping. Then I cranked the skillet. The sauce has a fresh basil t"
