"Tried this but mine is way better Ina. I got it from an English women years ago with my promise that I wouldn't share it with anyone. It is similar to yours but it also has fresh tomatoes and garlic in it; it calls for cayenne instead of hot pepper flakes. I've been making it for years now and it pars well with chicken curry. "I really liked the pressure cooker idea. I don't use mine enough. I used Yukons also and halved the butter in the mixing part. In fact, I love melted butter over the pots.when serving, you can see it and it looks so much more appealing that way. "
