"Incredible!!! I modified it a bit by adding freezer packs to the brine and turkey to maintain the proper temperature. The result was FANTASTIC! It was the most flavorful and most moist turkey, ever!! The leftovers remained moist and the turkey required no additional seasonings like salt or pepper. I roasted it on a sheet pan with a cooling rack and after removing it from the oven I added water to the pan to get the best gravy ever. Alton, you are a genius!
