"I took this recipe and rivised it a bit to match what I had on hand I did not make the habanero paste instead placed a layer of fresh sliced serannos on top of the grits. I used straight mary mix from a bottle and added a dash of worchestershire while it was heating to poach the eggs It was a hit!! great sunday brunch meal"
