"The flavor of these were good but the procedure of the recipe was rather odd. I scrapped using the balsamic mixture as a sauce and used it as a marinade instead. Marinated for about 15-20 minutes and then squeezed the garlic on after they came off the grill. Also, finishig them in the oven seemed to me to defeat the purpose of grilling them. I"
"This turned out better than I expected! I eased back to a dash of cayenne and went really easy on the mayo mix on the corn. The feta was excellent with the corn. I think it would be just as good without the mayo mixture."
