“Delicious! And easy to make for a non-baker like myself. The inverting of the hot pan onto a funnel or bottle totally threw me. I couldn't bring myself to do it - it just felt wrong. Consequently, the cake was a bit sunken vs fluffy on top, but the taste as still there. I've made this twice and both times received great reviews. No one expects... ”
