I made this recipe for a party and it was sensational. Everyone wanted the recipe. I added chopped dried apricots and also added chopped green onion.I omitted the rosemary because I had some people who I knew disliked the taste of it.The dressing was great and this is definitely a keeper.
Thanks Giada for another great recipe.
"I make this recipe and it was fantastic. I did measure the lemon juice and used 1/3 cup which for me was not quite 2 lemons. I paired this dish with Ina's risotto cakes and a tossed salad for a dinner party and received rave reviews"
"Yummy! I saw Guy make these and thought it would be a good recipe with our Memorial Day steak dinner. I followed the recipe but added a little of Dijon mustard to the egg white mixture. So good and will definitely make them again."
"This soup is delicious. I added a piece of parmesan rind to the soup and it gave it such a wonderful flavor. Also I had 1/2 a bag of fresh spinach which I added at the end of the cooking process. So healthy and very yummy!
"Excellent recipe and so easy! It was the first time I used white truffle butter and was pleasantly surprised .
I expanded my cooking skills and used white truffle butter in a polenta dish that I made and received so many complements. Thanks Ina, your recipes are so very good and easy to follow.""
"This is the best shortbread recipe. The cookies were so delicious and very easy to make. I always change recipes once I've tried them but this recipe needs nothing more. My husband devoured the batch in two days. I'm adding this recipe to my Christmas cookie collection.
Thanks Ina for a most delicious cookie."
