Excellent! I had so many tomatoes from my garden and needed a new recipe to use them. This is just perfect and so good. A great side dish to accompany lamb chops which I made with the tomatoes.

Excellent! Made this as a side dish without the bread. I topped the cauliflower with the cheese and melted it a few more minutes in the oven. This was so delicious. This recipe is great as a veggie side dish.

This soup is delicious. The orzo and the cheesy croutons put it over the top.

Excellent and easy! I picked up some baby eggplant at the farmers market and made this recipe. It was so yummy . I used a herbed goat cheese that had sun dried tomatoes. It was absolutely delicious.

I made this recipe but dredged zucchini in flour that I seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder , and a little cayenne pepper .I then dipped in egg mixture and rolled in cheese and panko. I let air dry on rack for 30 minutes before I fried them. They were perfect.

I found this entire episode to be way to rich to serve together and definitely not heart healthy. A nice bowl of fresh fruit was needed instead of the potato casserole.

I made this recipe and liked it very much. I did not mince the garlic but left it whole just to season the chicken and didn't have to worry about the garlic burning. I agree with the other viewer I do not like the new food network website . It seems so disorganized.

I made this recipe for a party and it was sensational. Everyone wanted the recipe. I added chopped dried apricots and also added chopped green onion.I omitted the rosemary because I had some people who I knew disliked the taste of it.The dressing was great and this is definitely a keeper.
