"This is my go to recipe for a crowd. It's delicious and very easy. Sometimes I add spinach to the mixture. Also I add 2 cloves of minced garlic and some red pepper flakes. It's a very versatile recipe."

"Giada,
I made this recipe for a party and it was sensational. Everyone wanted the recipe. I added chopped dried apricots and also added chopped green onion.I omitted the rosemary because I had some people who I knew disliked the taste of it.The dressing was great and this is definitely a keeper.

"This soup is delicious. I added a piece of parmesan rind to the soup and it gave it such a wonderful flavor. Also I had 1/2 a bag of fresh spinach which I added at the end of the cooking process. So healthy and very yummy!
