"I cannot comment on the whole salad, but I did use this dressing recipe for a simple arugala/tomato/parmesan cheese salad. It is delicious! I added a little chopped shallot, and my guests raved about it. This dressing would be awesome on any type greens or vegetable salad. "Delish! This was quite a bit of work, but well worth it! I did add some extra whole garlic cloves b/c we love garlic in my house. This sauce made the whole house smell wonderful! Next time I will double it to freeze half. Make this!"
"Very good. Be sure to add more water or stock as it cooks or it will be too dry. Didn't know what the rub was so I added my own. Next time I will add spicy sausage because it was a little bland for my taste. No one in my family likes spicey so I added hot sauce on mine. My family of four ate it up, only one small serving left over. I made Jiffy cornbread muffins to go with it. I will def make this over and over again."
