"I did an attempt to this recipe. I used my basic pizza dough (Lars Barmen), not this one. It just has a bit more oil in it.
I used dried figs, because I couldn't get fresh ones. I held to much back on the mozzarella, should've put more on. I used a napoletana salami, instead of the prosciutto. And I did not use basil. Tried to make a tomatosauce"
Frankophile, love Italy, love the british beef dishes I've made so far. Love nordic food, as I am a norwegian. Have travelled one week in Italy once, also been to Paris twice. Not just for the food, but a lot of it is about trying new foods based on refining already good ingredients.
Oh, did I mention, I love to taste wine. And try new cheese.
I fish a lot myself; cod, salmon, throuth, and the other close cousin to cod I forgot the english name on.
My father hunts elk, and next autumn I hope get my hunters license.
I grow my own potatoes, enough for the whole year. Used to grow carrots.
Jamie Oliver's Guiness and beef puff pastry pie.
Game, and big game.
Thai chicken soup.
Duck with orange sauce.
Homemade pizza. I am famous for my pizza.
Salmon with honey and haselnuts.
My favourite restaurant is De Danilo in Modena, Italy. And that fish reastaurant in Sant Agatha Bolgonese.
