"I have been making this recipe for several years, ever since I saw Aida make it on the show, and the pancakes have been perfect every time. The only change I have made is that, most of the time, I add the blueberries to the batter instead of making blueberry syrup. I also use organic frozen blueberries if I don't have fresh on hand.
